About the foundation
Dr. Linda Khadra’s journey was one marked by academic excellence and a deep-rooted passion for education. Holding a doctorate in pharmacy, she not only achieved high honors but also sought to instill the value of learning in others. Her commitment to helping people went beyond the classroom, as she believed that true assistance involves empowering individuals to thrive, not just survive.
In May 2023, Linda faced an unexpected and rare adversary: gastric cancer. The disease proved to be relentlessly aggressive. However, Linda’s courage in the face of adversity was fueled not by a fear of death but by a profound desire to be there for her two beloved children, Zayn and Julia. Even on her last day, she imparted a poignant promise to her husband Fadi—to perpetuate goodness and aid the less fortunate.
In her memory, the Linda Khadra Non-Profit Foundation, Linda Hope Through Education, emerged. This foundation stands as a testament to Linda’s enduring spirit, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of others through the transformative power of education.
